INTRODUCTORY OFFER FOR FIRST-TIMERS!
If you have not taken a class at any of our CKO locations before, you may try your first kickboxing class for only $20. Included with your first class will be a pair of bag gloves and a fifteen minute instructional session.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class begins so that we may provide you with an orientation on the punches and kicks you'll need to know for class. It is reccomended that you bring comfortable work out clothes, sneakers and some water for the class.
