Hello Club KO Members!
We are pleased to announce that Team Club KO dominated in yesterday's 5K Run to benefit The Hoboken University Medical Center's Emergency Department! Team Club KO had more than 40 members and staff entered in the race, and a great time was had by all.
More than 300 people ran in the humidity to support this great cause and there were some amazing finish times. Matt K., the fastest Club KO runner, finished the race with an incredible time of 18:47 and won the gold medal for his age group. Two more Team Club KO members finished the race in less than 22 minutes: David D. 21:35 and Bryan Z. 21:41!
Club KO Instructors Bridget B. and Gil C. also won silver medals in their age groups, and Team Club KO won trophies for having the most participants and for having the fastest team.
The trophies are on display at our 900 Madison Street facility.
