    Man, You guys really brought it with this one! I love it! What’s next for Club KO’s video blog? Inquiring minds want to know. Oh and what ever happened to that tall guy with the glasses and the beard that use to always hang around you Mike?

    Thank you for the kind words. We plan on really expanding the video portion of the blog. We will have workout info. shows, a cooking show, post class interviews, and a late night comedy show. I have to ask Isaac about that gentleman you speak of. I know they are very close.
