Power Lifting!

One of our trainers was thinking about having a weight lifting semiar.  Is anyone interested?

    This would be great. i think you should have a weight classes throughout the week that members can take. maybe a 30 or 40 minute class.. that would be great. members can either bring in their own weights or use the ones that you have

    I thinking that the first session should be just general lifting moves. It’s really open to suggestion what do you guys want to cover?

    Daisy hopefully we can develop that type of class.

    Not sure if it cuts into personal training sessions, but maybe do something in terms of setting up a weight training regime to supplement the regular classes. Doesn’t have to be personalized for each person, but maybe a simple suggested workout to cover the basics.

    A weight class sounds fantastic….I would love to have a class once a week that focuses on using weights. Let’s do it!

    I would be interested in a weight training class during the week, in the morning. As William said, a supplement to the regular classes would be ideal.
