In addition to our classes, Club KO offers two types of personal training in kickboxing. The training is intense, informative, and highly exhilarating! The premise for kickboxing personal training is to surpass the lactic acid (muscle soreness) threshold. As the clients gradually surpass the lactic acid threshold they will be able to reduce body fat and build lean muscle. Even better, the training is affordable with a small group option catering several people at a time. If you thought you could not afford personal training now there is no excuse!

Personal Training can be done in two settings: either in a small group or one-on-one.
