Hi Everyone,
One of the many goals of Club-KO Gyms is to actively
support our local community in community-sponsored charitable
events. Towards this end, on August 6, 2007, we were
invited to participate in the Hoboken Police Department’s
Annual 5K Run/Walk Against Crime and Drugs event - the
proceeds of which were donated to the Hoboken High School
Emergency Response Team.
We are proud and happy to report that we were able
to sponsor 55 of our members for this team event. Many
thanks and much appreciation go to the following intrepid runners/walkers who
rose to the challenge, signed up, and turned out on
a hot, steamy night to help make Club-KO’s participation
a complete success:

Because of the dynamic running/walking and presence
of the above 55 people, and with special thanks and
appreciation to our top 3 team members, Chris J., Bridget
B., and Javier R., Club-KO Gyms received first place
in the health club/gym category – the plaque of
which is proudly displayed in our Madison
Street facility. We also finished in third place
overall in team competition with a total time of 1:09:22
behind the Department of Homeland Security and Port
Authority Police Department.
We are also pleased to announce that Erin B. received
third place in her age/gender category.
